Refund & Cancellation Policy

Persona is a digital subscription product operated by Aaradhya Anurag Badal. This policy explains how the free trial, billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

Free trial

Every new account includes a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment is collected during the trial, and you are under no obligation to subscribe.

Subscription & billing

  • After the trial, continued full access requires the Premium plan — a monthly subscription of ₹380 / month (approx. USD $4), or the equivalent price shown at checkout, charged automatically each month until you cancel. The same subscription applies on both the web app and the mobile app.
  • Access to Premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app's account settings.
  • Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

  • Because Persona is a digital product delivered instantly, and a full-featured free trial is offered before any charge, payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • Cancelling prevents any further charges — you will not be billed again after you cancel.
  • If you were charged in error or believe there is a genuine billing issue, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

EU / UK consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital services. By purchasing Premium you expressly request that we begin supplying the service immediately, and you acknowledge that once performance has begun you may lose the right of withdrawal for the completed portion; where you withdraw within 14 days, any refund may be reduced proportionally to the service already provided. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights or remedies you have under your local consumer protection law.
